How to Use:
- Draw a line from the inner to outer corner of eyelid and if desired, in lower waterline.
- * Due to shimmer particles do not use Perpetual Purple inside eye.
- Twist up eyeliner.
- Draw a line from inner corner to outer corner on the lid, close to the lash line.
- Can also be used in the lower waterline.
- Smudge out liner within 15-30 seconds of applying to create a smoky liner effect.
- No sharpening necessary.
