Your Hair Company Ltd. offers customers the chance to make purchases via our website. Our website contains a selection of our most popular products from our wide range of Hair and Beauty supplies

Remember if you can’t find what you want online; why not visit our store where our friendly and helpful staff will be happy to guide you through your purchase.

Faulty Items

If an item you received is faulty, please contact us on 059 913 3444 immediately. Faulty items will be replaced provided the goods are in their original condition and have not been tampered with. (Example if an items outer casing has been opened or a plug has been cut from its cable, then your warranty will become void). If we are unable to replace an item you will be offered a credit note to the value.

Exchanges and Refunds
Sending or bringing products back to us is no problem so long as they are returned within 28 days of delivery*, unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Products can be exchanged or a credit note issued by posting the item back to Your Hair at the address below. Refunds cannot be processed in store for online orders. Please ensure a copy of your packing slip/invoice accompanies the return. We will, of course, refund the cost of carriage if your product is faulty or if it is not what you ordered. However, we will require you to cover the cost of return in all other circumstances, and in addition your original delivery charge will not be refunded. If you choose to return the item to Your Hair please allow up to 14 days for administration.

*Please note for furniture and equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, you will be charged 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge.

Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns of clippers, scissors, tunics (uniforms), beauty implements, or razors if they have been used. This list is not exhaustive. Your statutory rights are not affected.

WEEE Electrical Compliance

Your Hair Company is committed to meeting the requirements of the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014. These Regulations require producers of electrical and electronic equipment to finance the takeback, for reuse or recycling, of WEEE resulting from products that we placed on the Irish market. In line with that commitment Your Hair Company will take back WEEE from you.

Delivery Address:
You have the option to give a different delivery address to the invoice/card address. This means that you can have the parcel sent to, for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the parcel(s) to be left with a neighbor or in another safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.

Goods Damaged On Delivery
When you receive your parcel or pallet always sign it ‘UNCHECKED’ unless the driver is prepared to wait as you check your order to see that no goods have been damaged in transit. In the case of salon equipment it is best to open each box and check for damages before the driver leaves. If you notice any damages please report it to us on 059 913 3444 within 48 hours of receipt of delivery as any claims made after this time cannot be entertained.

Delivery Rates:

Delivery in Ireland (North & South)
€6 per parcel up to 30kg all orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days.

If we are not able to fulfill your full order within this timeframe, we will inform you and in most cases we will give you the option of sending out what we have, and the rest later. You will not be charged extra postage for this.

Allowances should be made for orders placed at the weekend and at times of National/Bank Holidays.

Your Hair Company is committed to protecting your privacy. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card’s expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order and also for your card details. This information is held securely and Your Hair complies with the applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation. We treat all your personal information as fully confidential.

To complete an order you will be asked to register with us. This is where your details are collected and maintained. Registering with us makes it easier and quicker for you to order from us on your next visit. We do not pass your information onto other companies.
