Free Returns In-store

Items may be returned in-store free of charge. Any item purchased online can be returned to our store.

Refunds/Exchanges Cannot Be Given

It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used, damaged or smell of smoke or any other. In these circumstances, refunds or exchanges may not be granted. This does not apply in respect of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

Faulty/Incorrect Products Received

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong products from Your Hair Company or that the products are faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us at info@yourhair.ie.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return?

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt but please allow up to 7 days for refunds to appear in your account. This may depend on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and unfortunately is out of our control.

We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order e.g. for customers using Credit or Debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.

What Happens If I Receive The Wrong Item In My Order?

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong items, please contact us straight away. The quickest way is to email info@yourhair.ie.

The determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Your Hair. Your Hair reserves the right to have reasonable time to make decisions on the product. We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.

In these circumstances, customers will be offered a remedy in the form of replacement or refund, in this order.

Where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.
